Because each item is handmade and often made-to-order, we want to be clear about what qualifies for a return or refund.

Returns


The item must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., engraved or one-of-a-kind designs)

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email Ara@designbykolyan.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue—we’ll make it right.
