❖ What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most pieces. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
❖ Are returns free?
Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Yes! We offer free return shipping.
International Orders: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
❖ Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you're unsure whether your order is considered custom, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
❖ How do I start a return?

Reason for return
Photo (if there’s a quality or damage concern)
We’ll send over a return shipping label and next steps.
❖ When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❖ Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange your piece, just mention that in your return email. We’ll check stock availability and make the swap easy for you.
❖ What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it right away—at no cost to you.
❖ Do you offer extended returns during holidays?
Yes! Orders placed between November 15 and January 15 qualify for our Extended Holiday Return Window—returns accepted until January 30.
